A common, inexpensive thermoplastic. Machines acceptably with sharp tooling but is more heat-sensitive than Delrin — dull tools or aggressive feeds can melt/gum the cut instead of chipping cleanly. Easy to glue and finish; not the first choice for tight-tolerance machined parts.
